We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Manage and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors and direct workers.

• Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and execute construction activities.

• Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.

• Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.

• Able to coordinate well with MEP department

• Prepare and maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, material tracking, and quality control documentation.

• Adhere to safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety inspections.

• Liaise with RE, RTOs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Resolve site-related issues and conflicts effectively and efficiently.

• Manage and coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials.

• Prepare and submit progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Singaporean building codes and regulations.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of site processes and efficiency.

• Able to handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by superior and management

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Singapore's construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

• Good knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD
