Senior Legal Counsel

A established Asian Bank is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and employee contracts.
- About 7 years of relevant experience, preferably some exposure in banking and FS industry
- Good team player and able to partner with other functions
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
