Our Client, a Top Prestigious Services firm is seeking to recruit Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive / Corporate Secretarial Executive as part of their growth plan.
Location: Central Singapore (Near to Shenton Way MRT or Tanjong Pagar MRT or Raffles Place MRT)
Responsibilities:

Handling a portfolio of companies
Preparing resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders whenever necessary
Timely lodgement of documents with ACRA
Provide advisory to clients on general corporate secretarial enquiries
Performing any other ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Law/Business studies or related
ICSA Qualified or Professional certificate in chartered secretary will be an added advantage
Possess at least 3 to 5 years of Corporate Secretarial experience in an established company or service provider firm
Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Ability to work well as a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Yearly bonus

Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
