Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect relevant data on current cloud usage and governance practices across all SEA branches.
• Engage with IT points of contact (PIC) from each branch to gather insights into their cloud systems and requirements.
• Analyze the feasibility of implementing cloud governance frameworks across the SEA branches.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify gaps in governance practices.
• Draft comprehensive documentation for the Cloud Governance Framework, including policies, guidelines, and procedures for implementation.
• Ensure the documentation aligns with the bank's strategic goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee the deployment of the cloud governance framework across the SEA branches.
• Provide training and support to ensure that the branches adhere to the new governance policies and procedures.
• Plan and support the systemization of processes as required to meet governance needs, ensuring smooth integration and compliance across branches.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cloud governance or related IT roles.
• Proven experience in creating procedure-level documentation for Cloud Governance Frameworks, specifically during the planning and implementation phases.
• Strong understanding of cloud governance principles, policies, and best practices.
• Experience in cloud governance within the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to cloud governance in the banking sector.
• Ability to communicate and document complex technical processes clearly.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to working with different stakeholders.
• Strong business-level English skills, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication across diverse teams.
