Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, career fairs, referrals, and professional networks, to identify potential hires.
- Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews/screening to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Perform relevant background checks on potential hires
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and market trends.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and active candidates to nurture relationships.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collection of relevant documents from new hires and drafting of employment letter
- Creating of profile for new hires in HRIS
- Arranging of medical appointment for non-local candidates
- Provide access to new hires for company's app
- Issue uniform to new hires
- New-hires onboarding orientation
Requirements
Education : Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills :
- Performance driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using WPS and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
- Knowledge on TAFEP guidelines on recruitment.
