Program Executive Role Overview:

We are seeking a Program Executive to manage both customized products and design-in products from concept to delivery. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring timely project completion, and handling customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Customized Product Management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of customized products, from initial design and specification to development, production, and final delivery.
Work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor products to meet these needs.
Ensure that each customized product is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Design-In Product Management:

Manage the integration of standard or semi-customized products (e.g., wireless modules) into customer systems.
Collaborate with customers during the design phase to incorporate the product seamlessly into their solutions.
Address customer technical queries, forecast demand, and monitor delivery schedules to support ongoing projects.

General Project Coordination:

Develop detailed project timelines and ensure all milestones are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics) to guarantee smooth execution.
Provide regular progress updates and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication regarding project and sales requirements.

Skills and Attributes:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering/EEE.
Strong communication skills in Chinese and English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferably knowledge in customized product development and design-in solutions.
