The ideal candidate will have prior experience in teaching phonics and preschool-aged children, bringing patience, creativity, and energy to their classes. This role offers opportunities to teach in both local and cross-market environments, with students spanning across multiple countries. We welcome candidates who are looking to grow and make an impact in the world of early childhood education.
Candidates with significant experience will be considered for senior roles within our team. Availability for 3-4 weekdays and 2 weekends is required.
Responsibilities:

• Working with children between the ages of 2.5 to 9 years old

• Teaching Phonics/English in-person/online to children following a curated curriculum

• Providing weekly feedback to parents on child's learning and progress

• Classes are enrichment based, ranging from 30 minutes - 2 hours per session

Development:

• Training is provided to ensure that teacher has the necessary skill sets and knowledge, to effectively deliver the program

• Option to be part of the curriculum development team, where constant innovation and improvements are made to the materials

• Career progression to Teacher Mentor, Program Manager, Centre Manager, based on performance and personal ambition

• Being involved in cross-markets teaching / training / management as student base spans across multiple countries.

• Candidates with higher experience will be considered for a higher position level.

Requirements:
3-4 weekdays + 2 weekends (full-time).
Possess phonics teaching experience and have prior experience teaching pre-schoolers.
Willing and able to pick up teaching using advanced online learning platform (Training Provided)

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
