Alphadyne is seeking a highly motivated Asia focused Global Macro Portfolio Manager to join its Singapore office. The successful candidate will develop and manage an investment strategy focused on global markets, with special focus in Asia to generate trade ideas, build quantitative econometric and other financial models, provide portfolio and market analyses, design statistical tools, and monitor positions against risk limits (both Va R and market risks).


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess strong industry experience as a Global Macro Portfolio Manager, in foreign exchange, rates and/or equity trading, at either a leading hedge fund or sell-side institution;
  • History of money management, optimal trade sizing and portfolio construction;
  • Must possess excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills;
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented with a positive attitude;
  • Must be able to function optimally in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment;
  • Undergraduate degree or above in mathematics, economics, engineering or related fields, from a top-ranked university, is strongly preferred; and
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
