Job Description

Manning the assigned tasks in mobile phones repairs and checking, for both Apple and Android phones. Ability to handle repairs for all Apples and Android phones.
Carry out mobile phones refurbishment process such as LCD glass replacement, glass polishing and housing polishing.
Carry out repair with software or hardware replacement to electronic devices such as glass, LCD, battery, camera and other hardware issues.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, order necessary components, and keep track of stock levels to ensure availability for repairs.
Pple GSX registration and diagnostics.
Adhere to OEM and Company SOP to meet with KPI’s and repair/refurbishment processes.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor when required.
