We are seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our team in delivering high-quality services for Power Plant and Oil & Gas projects. The role involves the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Singapore MOM safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Assembly:

• Assemble, install, and align mechanical components such as pumps, turbines, heat exchangers, piping systems, and structural supports.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals to ensure precise work execution.

2. Maintenance & Repairs:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.

- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs, including replacing worn- out or damaged components.
3. Inspection & Testing:

• Perform equipment inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

• Conduct functional tests and pressure tests to validate equipment integrity.

4. Safety &Compliance:

• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and MOM regulations, including the proper use of PPE.

• Participate in toolbox meetings, hazard assessments, and emergency drills.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of maintenance, repair activities, and inspection findings.

• Provide feedback on equipment performance to supervisors and technical teams.
