About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics/Site Coordinator to oversee and manage the smooth discharge of construction aggregates such as stones and sand at the port. Key Responsibilities

• Manage manpower and equipment for efficient discharging of aggregates from vessels and barges.
• Oversee daily port operations, ensuring seamless vessel arrivals and departures.
• Liaise with port authorities for effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily activity reports for barge and vessel movements.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and coordinate with truck teams for timely deliveries.
• Ensure workforce safety and equipment readiness at all times.
• Supervise ad hoc activities or provide support at other worksites if needed.
• Be available to work irregular hours, including weekends, as port operations run 24/7.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics or port coordination is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s license in Singapore (company van provided for work purposes).
