Java Lead in Singapore

- Lead a team of Java developers to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the team.
- Architect, design, and develop complex software solutions using Java and related frameworks.
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Database Skills:
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL) and No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Cassandra).
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
