Inventory Manager (FMCG) / Central Region

- Lead inventory planning, stock replenishment, and transfers to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Analyze inventory performance and generate reports on trends, turnover rates, and discrepancies.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce excess inventory and prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate stock deliveries.
- Conduct and lead regular stock audits, ensuring reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Continuously review and improve inventory processes for efficient stock movement and control.
- Implement inventory control best practices aligned with supply chain management standards.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the inventory budget to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in retail supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and strong analytical skills will be preferred Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
