Play a critical role in supporting the organization's digital and operational needs. The role would focus on ensuring that Post Office employees have reliable and secure access to the tools, devices, and applications they need across numerous branches and remote locations. This role also involves in providing service to all employees that are working in other remote area by ensuring that workstations, laptops, virtual desktops, and mobile devices are configured, secure, and reliable. This role also handles, manage and maintain OT servers and network infrastructure. The role combines technical skills, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration to optimize the end-user experience, servers optimization and streamline IT operations.

• Develop and deploy scalable solutions for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, payment terminals (NETS machines), and mobile devices.
• Design and maintain efficient endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, SAM, Google Chrome, ICA solutions) to streamline deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Strategically plan and implement architecture upgrades to align with business objectives, enhancing both security and system performance.

• Oversea and hands on daily operations of the EUC infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving end-user devices, operating systems, software, and network connectivity.
• Server management, virtualization, cloud integration, and troubleshooting complex server issues.
• Monitor server performance and ensure high availability.
• Assessing new patches and updated versions of the applications in the Lab environment.
• Oversee patch management and software updates to ensure security and compliance across all systems and devices.
• Handle inventory and management of spare parts for systems.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to safety programs within the team.

• Enforce robust security measures on end-user devices to mitigate risks of data breaches, malware, and unauthorized access.
• Ensure all systems and devices comply with regulatory and organizational security standards, including encryption, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Manage and handle all quarterly servers’ vulnerabilities scans.
• Proficiency in firewalls, VPS and endpoint protection tools.

• Partner with IT teams across networking, security, and helpdesk functions to address end-user computing requirements and maintain smooth system integration.
• Provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to junior FES staff and end-users on new technologies and best practices.

• Automate repetitive tasks such as software deployment and device configuration to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
• Evaluate and refine EUC processes regularly to improve user satisfaction and reduce costs.

• A Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5 years of experience
• Proficient in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficient in Server Operating System: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Cisco Unix, etc).
• Expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Strong expertise in EUC technologies, device management, and security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network
• issues in a large-scale environment.
• Experience in large-scale deployments and migrations, such as SAM application, Windows rollouts, M365 and Chromebook.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, or equivalent is advantageous.
