• Lead and manage a team of officers for daily operations and maintenance work
• Perform site management and supervision of contractors, contractors, and staff
• Liaise with consultants, agencies, and vendors to execute work assignments
• Plan, implement and manage comprehensive projects, such as project budget, timeline, logistics and risk
• Provide advice and attend to customers’ feedbacks
• Formulate and review work procedures and practices
• May need to perform standby duty during and after-office hours
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
