Your role

Are you detailed, adept to working under pressure and orientated even when multitasking?
Do you know how to shine in a supporting role?
We’re looking for someone like that to join our team and your key responsibilities include:

prepares & checks documents before scanning
handles rejection of documents
manages counter (clarification with markets colleagues, handling of rejection, etc)
captures document information and data (via Indexing application)
archives and retrieves documents
responsible for completing delegated tasks accurately, on-time.
operates imaging equipment, verified contents for accuracy and store images in a centralized database
retained mail service delivery, ensure excellent quality service
challenge an existing process and look out for opportunities/ideas/solutions to improve the process
analyze workflow and performance of Document Imaging system for potential issues and opportunities

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Doc Hub team in Singapore. This role encompasses the processing and handling of documents from reception to archival – this includes steps like pre-scan checks, scanning, data capturing, rejection handling and archival as well as retrieval of archived, stored documents.

Work involves standard office setting, with the ability to handle time sensitive documents and operate office equipment. In addition, staff will need to support in the partnership with Change the Bank team (Ct B) to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes relating to job scope. There will be a lot of interaction and coordination with various stakeholder teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your expertise

ability to deliver work requirement on time
Working knowledge of MS word, excel, simple indexing and web-based applications
maintain production area in a neat and orderly condition with ability to work independently with minimal direction
excellent client service skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and in writing
able to follow through all tasks to completion and take complete accountability and responsibility
right mindset for change to drive process improvement and adapt to changing conditions
