CCP for Social Workers

Credit Counselling Singapore is a registered charity and Social Service Agency. We assist individuals and business owners address their unsecured debt problem; help them to understand their financial situation and facilitate a debt repayment arrangement with their creditors that is within their means.
We have vacancy under the WSG career conversion programme for CCP for Social Workers
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage referrals from external organizations and internally from other teams within CCS.
  • Assess needs of help-seekers/clients and connect them with the relevant help agencies. Develop intervention plan for especially vulnerable clients.
  • Conduct credit counselling and case processing.
  • Develop and maintain Excel workbooks for counselling purposes, including Excel macros.
  • Conceptualize, coordinate and facilitate outreach programme for potential help-seekers and group activities for clients.
  • Participate in digitalization projects and research projects
  • Participate in programme development and programme execution towards supporting both clients and other target groups identified by the company.
Pre-Requisites
The trainee should:
  • Have at least 10 years’ full-time working experience (excluding NS)
  • Technically proficient, with advance knowledge of MS Excel and experience in implementing RPA projects.
  • Willing to undergo the 18 months Graduate Diploma of Social Work or the 24-month Accelerated Bachelor of Social Work with Singapore University of Social Service (SUSS).
