Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and management accounts for clients in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain organized financial records.
- Prepare tax computation and filing tax return.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with relevant authorities (e.g., ACRA filings).
- Maintain and update company registers and statutory records.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for Annual General Meetings (AGM) and board resolutions.
- Support other administrative functions within the firm.
- Assist in client communications, including emails and calls, to address accounting and secretarial inquiries.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial roles (experience in an accounting firm is preferred).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Auto Count, Xero) and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax laws and ACRA compliance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented attitude.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
