Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
Work Experience Requirements:
5 years of proven experience in supply chain management

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in the use of supply chain management software.

Roles, responsibilities, and authorities:

• Provides guidance and support to team members in procurement, logistics, and sales-related activities.
• Maintain effective communication with dealers and stakeholders regarding order status, supply chain issues, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment between supply chain capabilities and sales forecasts.
• Develops and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Cultivates supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Oversees efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Optimizes logistics processes and reduce lead times.
• Integrates quality control procedures into the supply chain.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Identifies, assess, and manage supply chain risks.
• Develops and implement risk mitigation strategies.
