Job Description
We are seeking a talented Joget Developer with a strong understanding of Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing low code/no code solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Joget Developer with a strong understanding of Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing low code/no code solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop, customize, and implement low code/no code solutions using Low Code platforms such as [Joget, Out Systems, etc.].
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and integrations within low code/no code platforms.
- Customize and extend platform functionality using Java and other programming languages as needed.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and implementation details.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams during all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in low code/no code development and Java programming.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Desired: Master's degree or relevant certifications in low code/no code platforms
Additional Information
Experience:
- Minimum: Proven experience minimum 2 years developing applications using low code/no code platforms.
- Desired: 3+ years of experience with Joget or similar platforms, experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in low code/no code platforms are desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with cloud integration and Dev Ops practices
