Saudi Arabia - Logistics Sales Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads, converting them into paying customers.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate Nowlun's value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding their shipping and logistics needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients.
- Develop and implement account engagement strategies that align with Nowlun's overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to position Nowlun as a leader in digital freight forwarding.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role.
- Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
