Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the facilities management sector.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate internal hiring and manage external recruitment efforts to fulfill staffing needs.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment field.
- Previous experience in an organization with a large workforce.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and operations or contracting sectors
- Demonstrated experience in both internal recruitment and external sourcing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
