Role Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. Theideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Strategic Planning  Develop and execute long-term IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business
objectives.
Infrastructure
Management
 Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, server,
storage, and telecommunications systems.
Project Management  Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to budget.
Security
Management
 Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure and
data.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills  Strong technical knowledge of network, server, storage, and virtualization
technologies.
 Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
 Proven track record of leading IT projects and managing teams.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 Certification in IT infrastructure management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
Education /
Certifications
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience  5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

Pay: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month
