- You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
- In this role you will build strong relationships with key customers in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Further, you will lead B2B sales efforts, delivering complex industrial solutions that meet customer needs and will analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- You will drive profitability by securing new business and maximizing value from existing accounts
- You will mentor and support your team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Moreover, you will provide accurate forecasts and reports, contributing to strategic decision-making at every level
What makes you great
- You have a degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field
- You have you spent 5-7 years excelling in industrial gases or similar industries, preferably with a multinational company
- Can you bring your expertise in B2B sales of complex industrial products and solutions to lead our Oil & Gas sales efforts
- Are you experienced in value selling and ready to deliver exceptional results
- Do you thrive in building relationships and closing deals in competitive industries
