Fit-Out Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fit-Out Project Manager to join our team for our projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Plan, execute, and manage fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and specifications.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of the fit-out process, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage project handover, including final inspections and closeout documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Valid KSA Iqama with the ability to transfer sponsorship is required.
