- Identify, develop and maintain favorable contact with high level decision makers including C-suite level and work to understand strategic business challenges while developing a business fit between DGF and the customer.
- Focus is on delivering Customer Satisfaction by leveraging the organization’s network and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
- Develop proposals and sales plans that support increased sales from targeted prospects.
- Deliver items to customers in order to provide the most efficient delivery performance and optimum productivity in line with Service Centre and network targets.
- Collect items from customers as requested checking that documentation and data is accurately prepared and recorded in order to achieve published transit times.
- Adhere to Company Security Policy in order to ensure the safety of persons & property.
- Maintain and develop good working relationships with clients. Communicating through appropriate staff information. Improve customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities. Communicate opportunities and concerns to live managers in order to maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
