Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a 6-month contract in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address project requirements.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, ideally in the Middle East.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
