YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience in Mule Soft to join our teams in Porto, Évora and Lisbon.


In this role you will be responsible for:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure the creation of scalable, high-performance integration solutions using the Mule Soft integration platform.
• Develop reusable components, APIs, connectors, templates, policies and frameworks, and libraries for future integration projects.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Mule Soft best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration.
• Optimize existing integration solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Implement continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices are ensure that they are followed.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues, as well as being a tech lead for the development team.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and on time.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior developer or Architect, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in the integration area;
  
• Strong expertise in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4, API Manager, Design Center, and Runtime Manager).
  
• Hands-on experience in API design and development, including RAML, RESTful APIs, and SOAP web services, and API security methods (o Auth2, J 2-way SSL/TLS, HMAC);
  
• In-depth knowledge of data transformation using Data Weave, as well as experience with message queues and protocols like JMS.
  
• Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools related to the integration pipeline;
  
• Experience in using project collaborative project tools ( Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev ops, Bitbucket)
  
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-led connectivity.
  
• Certifications: minimum Mule Soft Certified Developer 1. Nice to have one of the architect level certifications (Mule Soft Certified Platform Architect or Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect);
  
• Fluency in English language (B2+);
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex integration scenarios.
  
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
