The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a strategic Healthcare BI project, working in a hybrid model based in Lisbon.
Position Overview
Lead and coordinate our team in developing and maintaining Healthcare Business Intelligence solutions that directly impact Portugal's public health system, while ensuring project delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex BI projects in the public healthcare sector
• Manage technical teams and coordinate stakeholder communication
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards
• Oversee risk management and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Business Intelligence projects using Microsoft technologies
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare project management
• Minimum 1 year experience in:
• BI Hospitalar
• SONHO and SClínico data integration projects
• Requirements analysis and gathering

Critical Experience Areas (Key Selection Criteria):

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in public healthcare sector
• Proven track record leading Business Intelligence implementations with Microsoft technologies
• Previous experience with SPMS BI Hospitalar project
