• Supervise and coordinate construction activities within engineering projects, from setup to completion
• Oversee work of on-site construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to technical documentation and customer specifications
• Track schedules, manage costs, and assess risks to meet timelines and budgets
• Conduct quality checks and maintain EHS, QM, and QC standards
• Manage project scope changes and facilitate effective stakeholder communication
• Negotiate material and service contracts with suppliers and partners
• Address on-site technical challenges and support project-related decision-making

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction projects, preferably in (bio)pharma, life sciences, chemical, or oil & gas industries
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Solid understanding of construction regulations, processes, and quality standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and support construction teams
• Strong communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Polish (written and spoken).
