- Responsible for consolidating, checking supporting documents and reports of the company’s transactions.
- Preparation of Journal Entries.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Update and maintain financial ledgers.
- Preparation of BIR Returns, Draft Form and Supporting Schedule.
- Prepare and Update monthly working Trial Balance Schedules.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Maintaining and improving the organization’s bookkeeping process.
- Performing basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience working as an Accounting Assistant
- Knowledgeable on accounting principles and practices.
- Has the ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective Written and Verbal communication Skills, Time management, interpersonal skills and good working attitude
- Detail-oriented and with sense of time and urgency.
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
