The Teller, under the supervision of the Finance Coordinator, accepts and acknowledges daily payments and other billings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs job functions consistent with CSQC’s Vision-Mission and the Claretian values and charism
2. Prepares and submits monthly logbook of undertakings to the Finance Officer
3. Keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in transactions
4. Balances bills, coins, and checks in cash drawers at the end of the day/closing
5. Performs clerical tasks such as typing and filing
6. Performs other related tasks that may be delegated at any given time
Qualifications / Skills:
-Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s/ college degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
-Excellent communication skills, time management and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, analytical thinking, could undertake pressure
-Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
-Competency in MS Office and databases
-Reporting research results
