JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensures all IT-related requirements (hardware, software, security, infrastructure) are promptly served and made available to support the daily operations of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducts regular maintenance of the company’s communication and technical equipment, such as: phone systems, computer systems, desktop computers, laptops, printers, network systems, and other equipment as needed.
2. Troubleshoots technical issues concerning computer network, computer hardware and software infrastructure.
3. Diagnoses and troubleshoots common problems related to computer software integration.
4. Dispatches, monitors and maintains the inventory of all IT deployed computers, licenses, and peripherals to the head office and project sites of the company.
5. Creates user account/s for new employees and assign permission in Active Directory. Disables account for exiting employees.
6. Facilitates the prompt deployment of functional computers and other peripherals in the Head Office and project sites.
7. Initiates the preparation and installation of necessary updates or software for desktop or laptop for the new employees.
8. Conducts and attends to repair/troubleshooting of all IT-related equipment, programs, systems and software, whenever necessary.
9. Maintains and monitors the File Server System of the company and ensures that all necessary back-ups are done in a timely manner.
10. Installs, configures and maintains the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system of the Head Office building and ensures that ALL CCTV cameras are online.
11. Extracts billings of all Cloud IT Platforms such as Google Workspace, Digital Ocean, and
Amazon Web Services (AWS) every month.
12. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned by the Immediate Superior, as necessary.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar technical support capacity;
2. A graduate of a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree course in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related course.
3. Experience in using administrative build tools and configuration management tools.
4. Basic fundamental knowledge of Windows Server, storage, database, network & security;
5. Knowledgeable in Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) Storage Array.
6. Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
7. Ability to manage conflicting priorities for a wide range of tasks.
8. With understanding of most aspects of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Desktops Laptops, Switches, Printers, CCTV and other IT related matter).
9. Basic network troubleshooting
10. Expertise in CCTV installation, configuration, and deployment
11. With interpersonal and relationship-building skills; and possess customer service orientation.
