The Admin Assistant will assist the Technical Department in their day-to-day activities including documentations and coordination with people working on a project.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• create, process, and handle incident reports (IR)
• properly coordinate w/ clients, sales, warehouse, workshop, and technical team schedules
• handling all field employees' budget and expenses
• keeping all clients updated with the received IRs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Management course
• Proficient in MS EXCEL
• With basic accounting background
• At least 1 year experience in related field handling high volume of documents simultaneously
• Technical background is of high advantage
• Good communication skill and able to deliver message concisely
• Excellent customer service skill
• Strong personality, able to handle large group of technical employees
• Organized and keen to details
• Can start immediately
• Preferably a resident of Pasig, Mandaluyong or amenable to work in Pasig City
