Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Recovery Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility is to manage debt collection and ensure payments are made according to the agreed schedule. You will interact with customers to resolve payment issues and assist them in planning suitable repayment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overdue debt collection and contact customers for payment.
• Resolve payment issues and assist in setting up repayment plans.
• Monitor payment status and ensure adherence to payment agreements.
• Send reminders, notices, or letters regarding unpaid debts.
• Maintain records of communication and collection status.
• Work with legal representatives or third parties for legal action if necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve financial issues for customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in debt collection or finance-related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Results-driven with high motivation.
• Basic knowledge of financial laws is an advantage.

Requirements:

• At least a high school diploma.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
