Production Engineer II

- Graduate of Engineering program (preferably Industrial Engineering);
- With knowledge and/or background in manufacturing set-up;
- With experience in root cause analysis;
- With at least 2-3 years of experience as Production Engineer.
- Execute manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity and related activities.
- Plan and designate required manpower and machine based on production plan.
- Train and update operator’s knowledge to utilize their skills in order to make them flexible on all products.
- Monitor production activities to ensure production of quality products and delivery of goods based on the customers required time frame.
- Ensure all production machines and equipment’s to be one hundred percent (100%) operational with the help of Engineering / Technical group.
- Coordinate with production Group Leaders (GL), Quality personnel and other support group on technical matters pertaining resolution of non-conformance and improvement of quality, yield and productivity.
- Review and control consumption of direct and indirect materials. Determines cost saving measures.
- Study and recommend removal of any non-value added process in line.
- Record and monitor all machine downtime
- Assist on failure analysis of non-conforming process or product and coordinate corrective or preventive actions in order to prevent re-occurrence of the failure.
- Assist in the technical sustaining activities in the operation especially during qualification of proto-type model.
- Assist process reports by collecting, recommend and summarizing information and trends.
- Responsible for the product spoilage reduction.
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
