JOB OVERVIEW:
The Pest Management Technician is responsible for identifying, preventing, and managing various pests to protect people, property, and environment through the company's standards of professionalism and excellence. This role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, customer-focused, and willing to learn effective pest control techniques and solutions through training.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections of premises to identify pest problems and determine the best course of treatment.
• Safely apply pesticides and other treatment methods in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Set traps, install barriers, and use mechanical devices to control pests as needed.
• Advise clients on preventive measures to keep their properties pest-free.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided, including chemicals used, locations, and results.
• Perform follow-up inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and adjust methods as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of pest control equipment and chemicals.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations regarding pesticide usage and disposal.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, regulations, and safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate
• 18 years old and above
• Preferably with motorcycle and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to different job sites.
• Can lift heavy equipment, has good physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments (residential, commercial, outdoor)
• Can work during weekends, holidays, overtimes, and night shift
