We are looking for Opto-Reliever for our SM North Branch:
Optometric Examinations

• Independent patient examinations within the scope of licensure.
• Maintains accurate medical files for all patients.
• Refers patients needing advanced medical and surgical care to partner Peculiar Ophthalmologists onboard.

Optical

• Provides guidelines and performs vision examinations with refractions.
• Provides guidelines and performs the fitting and dispensing of frames and lenses.
• Prescribes vision aids.
• Promotes eye health by teaching patients about proper eye care techniques.

Administrative

• Advises management of schedule changes two months in advance of conflict.
• Informs management of new guidelines and protocols for services provided in

accordance with Philippine Board of Optometry and Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists.

• Maintains good working relationship with the Store-based personnel.

Education

• Provides in-house continuing education for optical clinic staff.
• Must have an active PRC License
• Must be willing to work in SM North EDSA

OTHER TASK

• Completion of parameters both for Customer Info Sheet and Job order
• Assist in lens ordering via phone call/email/chat
• Assist in conducting delivery follow ups from lens suppliers
• Customer updates (expected delivery dates/delayed shipment)
• Customer product education and proper use of eyewear
• Assist in dispensing
• Proper Maintenance of Lab equipment
• Schedule adherence
• Assist in the selling area if the need arise

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
