About the Role
As our new Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across our diverse teams and regions. You’ll be the glue that connects the dots between departments, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results while championing continuous improvement. You won’t just manage processes—you’ll shape them. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and drive initiatives that elevate our business.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Support our COO in overseeing and refining the daily operations of multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with department heads, team leaders, and executives to optimize resources, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Take ownership of the Experience Team, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth internal processes.
• Transform with Data: Utilize operational metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and propose data-driven actions that keep us ahead.
• Innovate and Improve: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes, boost productivity, and increase team performance.
• Shape the Future: Lead cross-functional collaboration between EOR, finance, client services, and more, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our long-term goals.

• Experience: 10-20 years of leadership experience in operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, multi-country environments.
• Leadership Excellence: You’ve led cross-functional teams, inspired change, and delivered exceptional operational results.
• Strategic Thinker: A strong decision-maker who thrives on solving problems and delivering solutions that matter.
• Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels.
