• Do buyer punchlist and internal punchlist if the Sr. After Sales/PM is absent or assisting another client.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Dept. regarding any concerns from homeowners.
• Assist with tenant communication, rental collection (Stall Rental- Marketing Area).
• Coordination with Batelec regarding Post or Gi-wire for relocation and Metro Lipa for other issues encounter on site.
• Gives fire extinguisher and smoke detector to homeowners.
• Customer Service, Assist buyer or clients with inquiries and all concerns related to Loans Management Dept., Contact buyer’s with RPT balance, Contact buyers with lacking requirements in transfer title
• Performs other jobs as may be assigned from time to time.

Job qualification

• College graduate of any course.
• With or without working experience.
• Organized and keen to details.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
