DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supports the Trade Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade marketing strategies.
2. Assists in the coordination and execution of trade promotions, incentives and campaigns
3. Handles the Merchandising team (Coordinators- Merchandisers – Agency- MCP) by area, GMA/Luzon/Vismin
4. Maintains and updates marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools for trade partners and retailers.
5. Assists in the creation of trade marketing plans and budgets.
6. Coordinates with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment on trade marketing initiatives.
7. Provides administrative support to the Trade Marketing Manager, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
8. Monitors and tracks the performance of trade marketing activities and programs.
9. Assistsin building and maintaining relationships with trade partners, retailers, and distributors.
10. Assistsin the development of promotional materials, POS displays, and merchandising tools in collaboration with the marketing teams.
12. Conducts regular store visits to monitor the Merchandisers, execution of trade marketing activities, gather feedback from retailers, and identify opportunities for improvement.
13. Coordinates the logistics and distribution of trade marketing materials to trade partners and retail outlets.
15. Assists in the analysis of sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
16. Provides support in organizing trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns to showcase products and generate brand awareness.
17. Assists in the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales pitches for trade partners and key stakeholders.
18. Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall marketing and sales objectives of the company.
19. Stays informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive activities to continuously improve trade marketing strategies and tactics.
20. Ensures proper execution of planogram across all channels
21. Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in Trade Marketing / Merchandising
- Experience in FMCG Sales is an advantage
- Above average Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Willing to do fieldwork in GMA and nearby Luzon areas
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
