JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be willing to be assigned in construction site, and solve and respond to the work requirements raised by the owner to promote project progress.
2. Be familiar with the equipment transportation routes in the Philippines and cooperate with the equipment transportation unit to apply for equipment transportation permits.
3. Prepare equipment transportation plan according to drawings. After the equipment arrives, apply to OE and participate in the acceptance of equipment entering the construction site, complete the document sorting and archiving work; supervise the storage and preservation of equipment and spare parts.
4. Collect qualified documents of construction machinery and equipment, and establish a list of equipment documents and archives.
5. Must be familiar with construction drawings, post work photos in We Chat group, fill in date, number of personnel, work content and other information.
6. Prepare (1) weekly summary (sent to We Chat group every Monday); (2) project monthly summary (sent to We Chat group on the 28th of each month); (3) job monthly report (record daily work).
7. Regularly attend meetings organized by the owner, revise meeting minutes, and work in accordance with meeting minutes.
8. Obey other work arrangements of the construction manager.
9. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in logistics or related field.
