Responsibilities:

• Do important checks on customers and review their property information
• Instructing property valuations and coordinating with valuers.
• Quickly and politely answer customer questions.
• Efficiently manage tasks related to completing mortgage processes.
• Work with partners like conveyancers and surveyors.
• Look at how things work now and find ways to make them better and more automated for customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Desire to develop yourself and take on new challenges
• Knowledge of end to end mortgage process (desired)
• Experience of Mortgage completions (desired)
• Experience performing AML, KYC and associated ID checks (desired)
• Experience of Credit Search, Land Registry and anti-fraud tools (desired)
