JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Business Management, IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in related function.
• Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS Applications, can multitask, resourceful, analytical, detailed and result-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned in Canlubang, Laguna

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performs scheduled physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and consistency between actual stock levels and recorded data.
• Identifies and investigates discrepancies between physical stock and system records, determine root causes, and report findings to the Inventory Supervisor.
• Prepares and monitors Inventory Adjustment Forms.
• Prepares and verifies the accuracy of the monthly reports
• Organizes and files cycle count and inventory adjustment documents.
• Assists with annual inventory counts and reconciliates activities.
