About the role
As HR Services Analyst at Styrotech Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timekeeping and payroll. This full-time role is based in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
What you'll be doing

• Maintaining employee timekeeping records and monitoring attendance
• Calculating and processing bi-monthly payroll for all employees
• Addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving any discrepancies
• Assisting with the implementation of payroll policies and procedures
• Providing administrative support to the payroll and HR teams as needed

What we're looking for

• At least two (2) years of experience in a payroll or timekeeping role, preferably within the accounting/finance industry.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using payroll and timekeeping software, as well as MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in payroll, accounting or HR administration would be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
