1. Responsible for providing quality guidance and advice to employees with regards to Company policy, code of discipline, investigation measures and application of corresponding disciplinary action.
2. Handle and strengthen Industrial and Labor relations and ensures to resolve any employee’s issues and grievances.
3. In charge in taking actions on submitted incident reports or notice of offenses promptly.
4. Prepare and serve Notice of disciplinary action to employees with proven offenses and Notice of No Disciplinary action to employees with no grounds of sanction.
5. Maintain and protect employee’s records/information relating to IR/ER issues, complaints and grievances and keeps them highly confidential.
6. Work and collaborate with HR manager in promoting camaraderie between Management and Employees and strengthen Employer-Employee relationship.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly Industrial-Labor relation statistical reports.
8. Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the HR manager.
College Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any Business Course
With at least 1 to 2 years work related experience in HR labor and Industrial Relation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and applicable software tools/systems
With knowledge and strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law and other applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
Ability to demonstrate the highest level of Ethical behavior and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Adept in handling administrative hearings and investigations
Ability to counsel.
Knowledge in Internal/External case proceedings, employment policy and guidelines formulation
Ability to handle Labor and Industrial complex issues.
Ability to direct and supervise effectively with good judgment and keen to details
Proficient in English communication on both oral and written; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor)
With Positive attitude, strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
