Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, coordination, exam, and job offer).
• Perform Time Keeping and 201 Filing
• Policy keeping and implementation
• Handle employee concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder HR/Behavioral Science/Psychology or any related course.
• Proven experience in recruiting-related role.
• Has a working knowledge on recruiting software and social networks for recruitment.
• Registered Psychometrician is a definite advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Has great attention to detail
