Responsibilities
Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials.Design engaging graphics for various marketing channels including social media, website, e-commerce platforms, and email campaigns.
Develop promotional materials such as banners, flyers, posters, and product packaging that resonate with the target audience.Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to create compelling visuals for social media posts, videos, and digital advertisements.Provide visual assets that enhance online engagement and drive sales on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others.Design high-quality product images, infographics, and banners for the company's e-commerce website and marketplace listings (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).Optimize visuals to maximize product visibility and conversion rates, capturing impulse purchases critical in confectionery sales.
Create visually appealing in-store promotional materials, point-of-sale displays, and signage that attract customers and enhance brand visibility.Develop trade marketing assets such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials for exhibitions and trade shows.
Brainstorm creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns across various platforms.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals effectively communicate campaign messages and objectives.Create visual content for internal purposes, including presentations, corporate documents, and employee communications.
Develop external communication materials such as corporate branding materials, event invitations, and client-facing presentations.Design visually appealing email templates and graphics for email marketing campaigns.Ensure email visuals are optimized for different devices and email clients to maximize engagement and conversion rates.Design graphics for promotional activities, discounts, and special events to attract and engage customers.Develop materials for events, including invitations, banners, and digital promotions, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.Work closely with the marketing team, including the Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, Retail Marketing Assistant, and E-commerce and Digital Marketing Officer, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals. Communicate effectively to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs, ensuring all visuals meet marketing objectives and brand standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
