Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned in a Metrobank / PSBank Branch
Willing to work ONSITE (Schedule: Banking hours)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Analyze financial needs and provide customized solutions
- Prepare and submit customer applications
- Maintain customer relationships through after-sales service
- Build a long-term relationship with bank partners
- Encourage bank partners to refer customers
- Refer customers to the bank for loans or savings/checking accounts
- Keep the branch informed of daily activities, performance, and referrals
- Complete the Onboarding Program for technical and soft skills
- Attend advanced training and designation programs
- Obtain accreditation to run customer events

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
