We are seeking hardworking and reliable Steel Factory Workers to join our team. The role involves assisting in various stages of steel production, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production, handling, and processing of steel products, including Angle, Flat, Round, and Square Steel Bars.
• Operate basic machinery under supervision and assist in loading/unloading materials.
• Inspect and sort raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support skilled technicians and operators in rolling mill operations.
• Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
